Recently, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Fengyang County launched a special campaign to rectify small bean product workshops throughout the county, proposing rectification suggestions for 6 small workshops, destroying 2 "earthen boilers" in small workshops, and ensuring safe operation of the other 25 boilers.
Bean products are deeply loved by the general public due to their good taste, convenient consumption, and low price. Currently, bean product production enterprises are extremely non-standard, and some small workshops in rural households have become the main production force, making citizens hesitate to accept traditional delicacies. In response to the concerns of the people, the Fengyang County Quality Supervision Bureau has established a special rectification leadership group, formulated a special rectification plan for small bean product workshops, clarified the scope, purpose, and phased tasks of the rectification, mobilized all cadres and employees to concentrate on the special rectification work, adhered to the "two no stays" (no dead corners, no sequelae) ideology, and the rectification covers all small bean product processing workshops in the county. Mobilize all small bean product workshop owners to conduct centralized training on food safety and small boiler safety knowledge, and provide face-to-face and hands-on assistance in establishing corresponding records.
The bureau has concentrated manpower, material resources, and financial resources to carry out a special rectification campaign in small soybean product workshops within its jurisdiction. The focus of the rectification is on small production scale, simple process equipment, low technical requirements, no quality and safety guarantee, and mainly supplying unlicensed and unlicensed soybean product workshops to agricultural markets. For small workshops with conditions, it encourages and supports them to handle food, and for those with poor environmental hygiene, inadequate understanding, and refusal to rectify, they are resolutely included in the scope of prohibition. Invite the county television station to conduct a secret visit to the production site of soy products, publish a special rectification notice on the department website and television station, and create a strong rectification atmosphere throughout the county. At the same time, the bureau is cracking down on the flow of soy products and plans to conduct special inspections on the use of unlicensed soy products in hotels and restaurants throughout the county, in order to promote small soy product workshops to fundamentally achieve soy product safety.
As of now, the bureau has put forward rectification suggestions for 6 small workshops, destroyed 2 "earthen boilers", and achieved safe operation of 25 boilers. The relevant departments will further intensify the rectification and supervision of the soy products industry.
